Our Women's Self-Defense class, taught by a third degree black-belt in martial arts, focuses not only on teaching self-defense techniques, but also on growing the strength, stamina, muscle memory, and confidence to practice effective self-defense. You will learn to project your strength, to pack power into a kick or a punch, to identify vulnerable pressure points on an attacker, and to quickly deploy combinations of techniques to prevent "freezing" in threatening situations.
