WATERFRONT GOOD FOOD MARKET

This local market takes place every Tuesday 4:30-6:00pm. The market offers fresh, in-season vegetables and fruits at reasonable prices. We accept cash & e-transfer. Everyone welcome! Located at 25 Bishop Tutu Blvd (North off Queen’s Quay, just west of Bathurst, 1st floor community room). The building can be accessed via Bishop Tutu or by the pedestrian ramp beside the ESSO station at Lakeshore & Bathurst.

Pre-orders accepted until midnight Monday and are limited to 8 produce items (unless you have an accessibility issue). You can put 2 alternate items in case you don't get all of your 8 items. You can purchase additional items when you pick up.

In accommodating around COVID:
• The market will open 4:30-6pm.
• We encourage you to pre-order. Just pay and pickup. Leave your phone # -- you may be able to pick up early.
• No shoppers in the room. At the door, tell us what you want and we'll grab it for you.
• Volunteers will wear masks and gloves, and will sanitize their gloves after dealing with each customer.
• The door to the first floor hallway will be closed. Use the outside (courtyard) door to pick up or to shop.
• You can pay by e-transfer to: waterfrontgoodfood@gmail.com (Waterfront Good Food Association)
• If you are a senior, self-isolating (back from travel or have been in contact with someone who is sick), have a disability or are high-risk and live in the neighbourhood, we can deliver your pre-order. Provide us: Full Name, Phone #, Address (and Buzzer number if needed). Make sure you are home Tuesday to receive it.
• If you are sick, do not come to the market. Request delivery from us, or have a neighbour shop for you.
